About Us

NICARAO S.A.: This micro-enterprise has been exporting for 12 years, collecting 90% of the country's coconut production. It was the first company in Nicaragua to open the coconut market to Italy, the United States, and Puerto Rico. It has a network of 12 collectors and more than 300 coconut producers, with whom it has established a strong business relationship over its 12 years of exporting peeled, dried coconuts..

The company is located in the municipality of El Rama, South Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region of Nicaragua and its main objective is focused on the production, import, export, marketing and distribution of all types of fruits, legumes and vegetables, specializing in recent years in the collection and processing of dried coconut nuts which are exported to the United States and Italy and represent 71% of its exports.
